Enjoy an evening at Six Flags Over Georgia with the Georgia State community on Friday, April 20, 2012 from 6 p.m. – 12 a.m. and receive a free return ticket for another day at the park on June 3, 10 or 17. Choose from a specially discounted ticket for park entry only, or pay just a little more for park entry and an all-you-can-eat catered meal.The event is open to Georgia State students, faculty, staff and their families and friends, and up to 20 tickets may be purchased per person. Supported by Student Activity Fees. Special notes: children 2 and under are free; free parking at Six Flags; no season passes allowed; up to 20 tickets may be purchased per person. Georgia State students had five days to write, direct, shoot, and edit a short film. Now we reveal the best of the best. Come to this red-carpet finale event dressed in your best style. Top winners will be announced from Georgia State University and they will advance to the CMF Grand Finale in Hollywood, CA, in June 2012.

This event is a collaborative effort between Campus Events, Spotlight Programs Board, GSTV, Student Government Association, the Residence Hall Association and the Rialto Center for the Arts. The finale is free for Georgia State students and guests and is supported by Student Activity Fees.

Join us at the Georgia State’s Rialto Center as 28 hopeful young women bring their best to compete for the crown at our 17th Miss Georgia State University pageant. As a part of the Miss America program, Miss GSU will go on to compete in the Miss Georgia pageant this June. Miss Georgia will go on to compete in the Miss America pageant next January!
